Health Empowering Humanity (HEH) and Friends for Health and Haiti (FHH) have partnered through an alliance agreement and a joint Haiti based NGO “Sante se Lavi” (SSL; English translation: "Health is Life") to design, build, manage, and eventually turn over to the local community (Gatineau) a community-based Health Center. This Health Center, known as the Gatineau Health Center (GHC), will be comprehensive, sustainable, and replicable in other resource-poor regions in the developing world.
